A balance of nature and modernity

The winery is very modern and focused on sustainability. The above ground hall is used, namely, to conduct the initial grape sorting, red fermentation, grape pressing and the final preparation of blending.

High tech, low pressure bottling line, maintains consistency across every bottle of our wines.

Our underground cellar, can hold over 700 barrels and is designed to emphasize the use of gravity flow and other sustainable practices.

Solar panels cover the majority of the hall to conserve electrical energy which is particular well balanced with our high energy refrigeration requirements in summer.

The remaining roof tops are covered in native gardens. Here the use of native plants for roof greening and temperature insolation aid in the collection and filtration of the rain water for irrigating our extensive garden, most of which is edible for a fine dining restaurant.
