Home to several famous VDP wineries, we are part of a every growing membership of dynamic winemakers in the surrounding villages focused on quality and forging exciting new developments in viticulture and winemaking.
Our Barrique Cellar
Our newly built underground cellar is a masterpiece of architecture and environmental engineering.
Our cooperages provide an enormous range oak barrels, from 225l barriques to our traditional 1,200l vats, allowing us to carefully age our wines with patience and anticipation of what is to come.
The Fermentation Process
Modern techniques of Automated Temperature control, Remontage, Pneumatic Plunging and Seed removal form an integral part of our fermentation process, with a balance of traditional methods and modern automatically controlled machinery for precise fermentation management.
